Crist the double agent?

Reading the newspaper it sounds like Crist is doing the Republican party a favor, peeling of Democratic votes from the valid Democratic candidate. You know, a lot of sleazy Republican supporters went along with Crist. How many of them do you think are really going to turn out to be allies for the Dems?

I don't think you all realize the sleaze factor that runs this state. This is not an honest, goodness and American way of life culture. It's more like, what can we get away with next?

1. Nah.
Without Crist in the race, it wouldn't even be competitive.

2. Crist has half a chance
He'll peel some off of Rubio, that Meek would never get. He's counting to some extent on peeling ALOT of dems off of Meek. His candidacy will push Rubio WAY right. Meek will cover Crist's left and he'll get to play the middle of the road game. Crist's biggest problem is himself. He never has a consistent message and Rubio is gonna crucify him for that. That can get him in trouble across the political spectrum.

4. The other issue is that Crist's support is built on a house of cards.
You just need to know which card will pull the others down.

Charlie Crist Statement on Sonia Sotomayor---------- Forwarded message ----------
From: Crist Communications

Subject: Statement by Governor Charlie Crist regarding the nomination of Judge Sonia Sotomayor to the United States Supreme Court.

Statement by Governor Charlie Crist regarding the nomination of Judge Sonia Sotomayor to the United States Supreme Court.
"As Governor, I have had the honor of appointing dozens of judges, in both the appellate and trial courts. Selecting a judge, particularly to a supreme court, is one of the weightiest and most important decisions any elected executive can make."

"While I have not had the opportunity to meet personally with Judge Sotomayor--a crucial step in the selection process--I have reviewed and reflected upon her testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee, and come to the conclusion that I cannot support her appointment to the United States Supreme Court. Judge Sotomayor is worthy of respect for her many accomplishments and her remarkable story of success. However, I have strong concerns that Judge Sotomayor would not strictly and objectively construe the constitution and lacks respect for the fundamental right to keep and bear arms. For these reasons, I cannot support her appointment to the highest court in the land."

Kendrick Meek is sending this around to everyone. Charlie Crist is a slimeball and any Democrat who votes for him is not a Democrat in my book. He has used this newfound "Independent" status to lie to Democrats. He's no Independent - He's Repuke Lite. Sorry Charlie, I'm not buying it!!

7. Kendrick Meeks has got his number.
Crist is a typical flea market Florida politician. He's alive because of the money coming into his campaign and he will do favors like a street hooker who's looking for a better gig. Just my opinion.

6. If Democrats support Meek then Crist has to go for Republicans votes.
It's the Republican Party that's divided. It should be an easy victory.

8. I've got another one for you
Charlie Crist will caucus with the Repukes

Look at his hand-picked choice for Senator - George Lemeiux. His "friend" and former chief of staff votes 100% of the time with the Repukes. Why would Charlie do any different??

He is a Republican people. Don't fall for his scam
