A strange twist in the Farhenbach case
I was watching Rachel tonight and she did a follow up/correction on the Farhenbach case. According to her the Sec of the Air Force is denying the case has been referred to him despite the fact that the spokeman confirmed to both her and the NYT that the case had been referred to him. To me there are three options here.

1) the case hasn't been referred which seems very, very unlikely since the spokesman said it had just like Farhenhach's lawyer did.

2) they are lying to stall expelling him (I hope this is the case)

3) they are lying to get him to not file for the injunction or to get the court not to grant it so they can expell him (this had better not be the case).

Either way this is a very strange development.

1. Yeah, I saw that.
They're treating the case like a hot potato. Good. They deserve to get burned.
