Honestly, I want to give him points for creativity, but that is the saddest-looking car seat I've ever seen.

4. They were hoping for lazy INS guys who'd look at the silhouette
and wave them through. I guess the guys realized that car seat had a nose.

Being sewn into a van seat is traveling first class. Too many rental vans here are busted with people in the back, jammed in and unable to lie down, suffering from dehydration and heat stroke.

I was always waved through and they never looked in the camper shell on the back of my old pickup truck. I guess old broads in battered trucks with NM plates were considered a low risk for human smuggling. This was a calculated risk and a pretty good one.

Except for his nose.
