4. Yet people throw fits when it is suggested that there is
little difference between the two parties. I would like to see a VIN diagram of the real party system. The conservatives(defenders of the status quo) in one ring, and the liberals (representatives of social justice) in the other.

There liberals make up a very small portion of the Democratic Party. The Democratic Party, on a whole, has become increasingly conservative.

5. Of course.
He is showing that great big difference between dems and republicans (I know there is a difference, it's just I refuse to let the DLC off the hook as long as I can breathe air).

7. Offer the morons a chance to prove it...
Edited on Wed Aug-04-10 12:59 PM by Contrary1
Extend the tax cuts for 3 months. If new jobs are created within that time period, extend for another 3 months. Repeat until all the unemployed have found jobs. If new jobs do not appear, raise the taxes on the wealthy every 3 months, until they return to pre-Bushco levels.

They will be putting their money where their big mouths are.

My idea is so scathingly brilliant, I'm just amazed that Repubs such as Bayh haven't thought of it themselves. :sarcasm:

10. No dice, they've had years already and have been a disaster
No negotiating with the terrorists, we are at war with them you know.

That's what they say DAILY it only takes realizing who they are. I'm worried about the guys in suits more than the raggedy ones across the globe.

11. I'm sure the idea wouldn't work...
It would only take 3 months for them them to be proven liars.

I would like for all the uninformed out there who swallow the BS fed to them via Fox "news" have it rubbed in their faces.

14. What is another three months of waste going to prove that the last ten years hasn't?
If you want to rub noses in poo, there is a massive mountain of it already built.

Nope, not another seconds worth. No more delays, they should have been terminated before we lost the 60th vote rather than adding a hundred billion or more to the deficit.

9. Alot of people do not understand Evan Bayh
The fact is that Evan is desperately trying to get a shot at the brass ring of being President. It is all he has ever wanted his ENTIRE life. By showing up on FOX News with this latest show of support for Bush-era tax cuts, Evan is merely sending another very loud and visible signal to the elite special interests that effectively rule America that he is their boy in any future presidential selection season. He is a team player and can be counted on not to restrain their insatiable greed. He wants all the important people to know that he will play ball if he gets the nod.
