How to end the war, address global warming, and clean up the ocean all at once.

The first thing we need to do is get an insider to wake the Chimperor up from a drunken stupor while he's at the ranch and breathlessly tell him that we have JUST WON THE WAR!, but that he needs to sign this paper IMMEDIATELY to verify his win. Of course, it's really an order for immediate withdrawal and redeployment.

Next, we inform him that the way to end global warming, which is a TERRORIST PLOT TO HARM OUR COUNTRY, is to start with the big terrorist sponsored sea of plastic in the Pacific Ocean. Tell him that the sun reflecting off of the plastic is what's causing global warming and if he hurries up and gets it cleaned up he'll have his legacy as the greatest president that ever lived. Get the Navy & Coast Guard involved, and he can have his war planes patrol a no fly zone around the area to keep more plastic from coming in.

Of course, this won't actually help global warming, but it WILL make them admit it's happening, and get it into daily discussions. The plus side is that we end the war and clean up the ocean.

(ok, I needed to take a mental break for a few and take a stab at humor. I've been in far too much serious stuff today)
