Laughable LTTE in my local repug rag today....
Don't support Democrats in November

The mid-term elections coming up in November will provide us with an opportunity to see how many Americans are smarter than a kicked dog. A dog can tell if it was accidentally tripped over or if it was deliberately kicked. In November, we will see how many voters realize that Democrats have ruined our economy on purpose so that they can take political advantage of the crises they created.

Democrats won control of Congress in 2006 when the unemployment rate was near 5 percent. By 2008, the unemployment rate was close to 8 percent. Of course they blamed it on the policies of George Bush. That claim is a lie, but even if it were true, what would it say about the competency of Democrats? Did they see what was happening and just let it happen in order to take political advantage of it? Or did they cause the unemployment rate to rise for the same reason? Either way, we should not have given them even more power in 2008.

We can get an answer to those questions by looking at what happened after they won the presidency to go along with their control of Congress. Did the unemployment rate go down or did it raise to almost 10 percent? We all know the answer to that question, and many of us know Democrats have created the unemployment problem on purpose and are letting it stagnate on purpose because a high unemployment rate lets them institute their socialist programs. We will vote against them in November.

During the six years of Bush's administration, Democrats complained about large deficits that, at the time, averaged less than a half trillion dollars a year. So what has happened since they won congressional control? Have deficits gone down or have Democrats caused them to sky-rocket to nearly three times that average? Again, we know the answer to that question. And, in November, we should tell Democrats that we know they kicked us on purpose and vote against every one of them.

Another thing Democrats have kicked us with is the health care bill. We all heard tales of abortion funding, death panels, illegal alien coverage and higher taxes. Democrats, of course, told us these were lies. Little by little, we are finding out, abortions will be covered by federal money, there will be panels which decide who gets what procedures and illegal aliens will be covered (by making them legal somehow) and on and on. We are left wondering if Democrats simply didn't know what was in the bill they voted for or if they intentionally lied about their bill just to get it passed. Many of us believe their deception was intentional.

In November, we will see how many voters realize that Democrats have created the crises we face intentionally. Those voters should react like a kicked dog and shy away from every Democrat on the ballot.

2. During the "six years" of Bush's administration??? You would think
this person would check facts and proof his letter before he sends it off. LOL.

But really, if this writer is always ranting like this, I am sure that most people read it for entertainment purposes and ignore him. Unless they are in his choir, which would mean hopeless.

5. Nitwit
The Bush Gang sends a fully-loaded car down a hill. No brakes, no steering. The car starts kind of slow, but pretty soon it's moving a fine clip, and it's barely a quarter of the way down the slope. This guy's apparently mad that the Democrats, having jumped behind the wheel as the car goes faster and faster haven't stopped its momentum yet.

But that's not quite good enough; he has to lard on the lies about abortion funding, death panels, and oh yes, let's pretend that undocumented immigrants will suddenly get a free ride through our hospitals.

I understand that there are hopelessly deluded morons running around loose in our country. The real question is why the local paper feels obliged to print verbatim their demented red crayon scribblings.
