Imagine how much money our rich save not having to hire private armies to protect their wealth.

Who benefits the most from the free congress of society that a good government provides?

The richer you are, the more you benefit from a decent government. It's as simple as that.

And since the United States' government is now, of, by and for the rich, there is simply no question that the rich should foot most of the bill for it.
