5. The Administration should declare a zero tolerance policy against

all forms of discrimination among it's employees. That would solve the problem of having to deal with every individual case that comes along. Had it been in place Vilsack would have never fired Ms. Sherrod because he would have been fired too.

'getting along' isn't going to happen. There has to be rules and laws in place.

I'm sorry this happened to Ms. Sherrod, but I'm happy this crap has been exposed and now it's blowing up in the faces of the people spreading the lies.
