Making good on my word: "I will post this every time Mr. Cheney gets sick", so here it goes...
There was a man who, everyday, would buy a newspaper on the way to
work, glance at the headline, and hand it back to the newsboy.

Day after day the man would go through this routine. Finally the newsboy
could not stand it and he asked the man, "Why do you always buy
a paper and only look at the front page before discarding it?"

The man replied, "I am only interested in the obituaries."

"But they are on page 21. You never even unfold the newspaper."

"Young man," he said, "the son of a bitch I'm looking for will be
on the front page."

15. You are very much on my mind.
I know you are impacted by location and under great mental stress. I do not know anything to say or do until the first phase of the disaster stops and the oil flows no more.

And I don't know what to say or do then, but at least I won't be quiet any more, I think.
I believe we then should roar, and demand massive changes.

On a list of things to die from, this is pretty sucky and I'm a rotten person because I want him to suffer. So much for being an enlightened being - ain't gonna happen this time!

7. Master of War
Come you masters of war
You that build all the guns
You that build the death planes
You that build all the bombs
You that hide behind walls
You that hide behind desks
I just want you to know
I can see through your masks.

You that never done nothin'
But build to destroy
You play with my world
Like it's your little toy
You put a gun in my hand
And you hide from my eyes
And you turn and run farther
When the fast bullets fly.

Like Judas of old
You lie and deceive
A world war can be won
You want me to believe
But I see through your eyes
And I see through your brain
Like I see through the water
That runs down my drain.

You fasten all the triggers
For the others to fire
Then you set back and watch
When the death count gets higher
You hide in your mansion'
As young people's blood
Flows out of their bodies
And is buried in the mud.

You've thrown the worst fear
That can ever be hurled
Fear to bring children
Into the world
For threatening my baby
Unborn and unnamed
You ain't worth the blood
That runs in your veins.

How much do I know
To talk out of turn
You might say that I'm young
You might say I'm unlearned
But there's one thing I know
Though I'm younger than you
That even Jesus would never
Forgive what you do.

Let me ask you one question
Is your money that good
Will it buy you forgiveness
Do you think that it could
I think you will find
When your death takes its toll
All the money you made
Will never buy back your soul.

And I hope that you die
And your death'll come soon
I will follow your casket
In the pale afternoon
And I'll watch while you're lowered
Down to your deathbed
And I'll stand over your grave
'Til I'm sure that you're dead.

BoB Dylan

12. Sociopaths don't care about that.
Edited on Fri Jun-25-10 10:29 PM by Mira
They only care about themselves, even his devotion to evil spawn is a fake for self serving reasons.
They cannot be helped because they don't want to get help, or see a need for it.
They are conscience less, and without ability to feel shame or regret.

I suggest water boarding with crude oil. About 4-5 times a day.
That's something he will learn to care about.

edited to add:
your anguish and fury has not escaped my notice. My heart has gone out to you for weeks now.

They can click un-recommend. They can mutter unintelligibly under their breath. They can make misspelled signs in their minds to blast us.

If they are around here, then I believe in the power of seeds thrown under the snow.
Some WILL sprout.

26. I understand you really well. Yet.
if he were on a path to jail, we would by now have some SIGNS.
Looking forward by the Obama administration, for a year and a half now, has brought nothing to suggest this may happen. Not even his own admissions about having broken the law of the Geneva Conventions by sanctioning torture have not brought about even an investigation.

Execution for treason is therefore also way out of the realm of our current possibilities.

So, I say, oil-board him (water is too clean for the likes of him) and let the chips fall.
They will. Especially if you do it several times a day like he did to Khalid Sheik Muhammed (my late night spelling without looking it up), for about a month.

He'll get an accelerated feel for what the Gulf states (will or already do) smell like and taste like and he will leave this place behind for us to dance, or pee, on his grave.

in the last months of his life, a complication of myelogenous leukemia. I couldn't believe the amount of red fluid they pumped out of his lungs at the end in an effort to save him, but there always seemed to be more.

Truly horrible...almost too awful to wish on anyone, even Dick Cheney. Please note that I said ALMOST.

39. CNN's infamous premature Evil Dick obit:
APRIL 16--While all news organizations prepare obituaries in advance of the deaths of famous individuals, the folks at CNN inadvertently gave the Internet-surfing public a chance to preview how the network's web site would note the demise of Vice President Dick Cheney, Ronald Reagan, and a few other prominent figures. Until earlier this afternoon, a CNN server housed mock-ups of web pages announcing the yet-to-happen deaths. The CNN pages, which were discovered by the intrepid folks at fark.com, were yanked about 20 minutes after being exposed (though TSG was able to grab a few of the pages for posterity's sake). The premature obituaries, housed in a publicly accessible area of the CNN server and searchable via Google, were apparently the work of Peter Rentz, a senior multimedia designer at CNN. The mock-ups are virtually identical to the obituary design currently used by CNN when a notable person dies (click here to see how CNN covered the Queen Mother's March 2002 death). In fact, elements of the Queen Mum's obit template can be seen in the below Cheney design.

He'll be on his 4th set of organs and playing golf in a bubble-shielded community surrounded by Blackwater guards long after the rest of us have succumbed to the elements.

Cheney has a history of heart problems and has a pacemaker. Cheney has had four heart attacks , starting when he was 37. He has had quadruple bypass surgery and two artery-clearing angioplasties. In 2001, he had a special pacemaker implanted in his chest. The pacemaker's battery was replaced in 2008, and then the entire device was replaced.

A summary of Vice President Dick Cheney's heart problems:

67. Hi Mira - I think the first time I heard this story it was in reference to FDR...is that correct?
Obviously FDR was hated for different reasons (by different people) so I'm not in any way comparing Cheney to FDR...I was just trying to remember the historical context/origin of the story.

Thanks -

Tim

And I know it is wrong to wish sickness on people.

However, I must make a notable exception.

Granted, if there were justice in this world, Cheney's head would be severed and stuck on a pike. Sadly, the politicians won't do it, because, sadly, the American people do not have the stomach to bring him to trial.

So, I will settle more him dying the ordinary, plebiscite way of a heart attack, and leave Hell to do the rest.

107. I`ve been thinking....
Lying in a hospital bed for a few days can be boring. Wouldn`t it be great if a kindly nurse could get videos of all the soldiers killed during Cheney`s and Junior`s immoral occupation of Iraq and run them 24/7 until the former VP gets to feeling better? The nurse could begin with, "Mr. Cheney, I know you got five deferments during the Vietnam War, but some folks weren`t that lucky. Here`s a few thousand of them."

124. I don't think attitudes or emotions can be wrong, sorry
not, at least, as long as a clear demarcation is made between them and supporting actual harmful conduct.

And I don't think that you are forbidden to share anything you are entitled to feel. Certainly there are time and place restrictions--it would be inappropriate to celebrate Dick Cheney's death in front of his family, for instance--but as a general matter, honesty is a virtue, not a vice.

Mr. Cheney is an old, decrepit, mean, destructive liar of a man. And that's just a start of a description.

One day when I post this joke we'll get lucky.

That day we will all win. Including Mr. Cheney.
Living in his skin must be intolerable, and frankly I cannot imagine anyone who benefits by his still being around.

You know about the "unrecommend" feature for a post, and then just ignore it and go on.

I do hope that when his time comes it is a time of extreme agony, pain and torture. I hope that he screams in pain and begs to be relieved but that modern medicine cannot help him. He is the devil incarnate in our time and deserves the worst passing. I know his eternal rest will not be peaceful but will be filled with horror and suffering. Yeah!!!!! I also hope that his snatchy wife and deplorable excuse for a daughter are so overwrought with loss they kick the bucket too.

I just do not get it.. some people are evil to their last breath. Incredibly wealthy... if I was him I would be enjoying the end of my life.

Instead he is on TV defending torture. The chimp as well.

The closest thing to evil that challenges a person who has the idea that evil does not exist.. just ignorance. A man that can make you believe in evil. That is how I will always see him.

Life is short ..and it gets faster as you age. He truly believes in his ideology... it is the only explanation. He thinks he knows it all.. and he is so disastrously wrong.

He will have to come to terms with the death and destruction caused by his hand when he passes... Someday he may be seen as being worse then the worst.
