Or has that one been swept under the carpet too?

1. As far as I know, it is off the table and under the carpet
like everything else. You know, I'm thinking that the GOP slogan in 2008 should be "Crime Does Pay".

2. What good is all this investigating
all these subpoenas - nothing ever comes from it. EXCEPT the people that paid attention are still paying attention and becoming more and more frustrated every day....the GOP river of slime just keeps on rolling, rolling rolling.

4. Fair question
Wouldn't it be cool if the people we elect spent more time finding solutions than figuring out who to blame? Stop me before I quote Imagine.

3. This one might be a bit Condi-voluted
In March 2004, Rice declined to testify before the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States (the 9/11 Commission). The White House claimed executive privilege under constitutional separation of powers and cited past tradition. Under pressure, Bush agreed to allow her to testify so long as it did not create a precedent of Presidential staff being required to appear before United States Congress when so requested.

So, Condi is responsible for the precedent that allows her to not testify? Where the hell is my magic eight-ball?
