I still hope that many of our Dire Predictions won't come true..but I wouldn't Bet on It...for sure.

I've always been a hopeful person feeling that "This Too Shall Pass!" ....but in the last few years the "Sinking Feeling" that this is Permanent is really starting to seep into me..and making me revise my HOPEFUL SPIRIT!

Maybe it all will take longer than we thought. Maybe in the end we who have fought against "THIS STUFF" will eventually be Vindicated...or maybe we just give up and live our lives left in the best possible way we can do it because "ACTIVISM IS DEAD!"

I don't know how it will all turn out...in the end. But, I do know that to stay Healthy and Clean of Mind...some of us need to MOVE ON...to OTHER EFFORTS ...elsewise we become to sick and dispirited to function rationally and that doesn't help causes that we might want to be involved with. OTHERS OF US...might go off into Dependency Issues with Drugs..Alcohol, Smoking too Much and the rest to COPE with the HORRORS WE SEE! If we do that then we will certainly be HELPING the very FOES we SEEK TO DESTROY.

It's difficult times...even worse than Bush II...but then the Legacy they left us is so TOXIC that it's hard to chart that "path forward" that sustains us. BUT, if one fights against THEIR LEGACY...then one can know that they are DEFEATING THEM. Let's just ignore who we ELECTED...there's a BIGGER PICTURE OUT THERE! We need to focus on SURVIVAL to still HAVE A VOICE...

Done........Sometimes to get out into NATURE restores us...and if we can create it in our backyard or find it in National and State Parks...we might need to use these Summer Months to get out there and look at those Special Places and renew our commitment to OUR EARTH...and to PROTECT our SPOTS ON THIS PLANET...no mater HOW SMALL OR INSIGNIFICANT...they still support some remnants of BIODIVERSITY which can SURVIVE..even if there's a TOTAL MELT DOWN!

PROTECT YOUR OWN...PROTECT OUR SPECIAL PLACES........ It's all we can do........

5. Special Moments...SUSTAIN US...We have to do everything we can to Protect those

"Special Moments!" and each of us know what they are....Our places within, our brief encounters with fellow travelers...Our Time Alone in reflection.. AND NOT LET those "OTHERS" invade our core beliefs or demean or attack us in who WE ARE at OUR CORE OF BEING.

WE ARE NOT POWERLESS...contrary to what the Media and Others work hard to tell us....WE ARE WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE CHOOSE TO DO...to BE ACTIVE OUT THERE...or TO WITHDRAW and FOCUS on WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO US.

(please excuse my "shouting" ...for "emphasis") ...but I do believe that many of us are feeling great fatigue...and we need to "regroup in our special places and realize who we were, who we are, and what we want to be...and there are great forces that distract us from all that "Inner Stuff" that we need to be wary of in these times. When the DISTRACTION becomes the FOCUS of our LIVES...we are not served by it...we are "sucked of spirit" by the COMMERCIALIZATION of OUR SELVES.

Back Off...dig deep.... We cannot be TOOLS...any LONGER! Our CIVILIZATION NEEDS US...as the LAST TRUTH TELLERS...We need to be STRONG TO SURVIVE to TELL WHAT HAPPENED!
