There should be a crew of Environmental Experts, Technicians and OSHA type people
assembled and sent to the Gulf, guarded by soldiers, to allow them to report BP's illegal, harmful, disgusting operations, further dispersant actions and anything that is detrimental directly to the Government and all BP employees that disallow people to monitor them should be arrested.

3. OHSA has inspectors all over the gulf operation.
You can see their activity and sampling results on their webpage http://www.osha.gov/

4. Does that help them in making sure BP doesn't make workers take off their gear?
Post on DU and news is making this operation appear out of control and controlled by BP solely.

5. There are thousands of clean up workers
There can't be an inspector for every one of them. If the gear is being taken off it is not because BP wants them to. It is because respirators are hot, uncomfortable, and confining even in the best of situations. And working in the hot sun and humidity of the Gulf is not the best situation. Anyone who has either worked in industry or for OSHA (I have done both) knows that respirator use is one of the hardest safety measures to enforce. Employees take off protective gear all the time because it is so uncomfortable.
