Boozman Crushing Lincoln

A new Rasmussen survey in Arkansas finds Rep. John Boozman (R-AR) way ahead of Sen. Blanche Lincoln (D-AR) in the U.S. Senate race, 61% to 32%.

7. The gap will close
But even 40/29, the largest TV station in Northwest Arkansas, has Boozman out in front by a wide margin.

13. Yep same here in Michigan, the state voted in a D govner then filled the state house with R's
so I expect this year the elections will go all R with a few die hard D's holding their seats, because everything wrong with Michigan is Jenny's fault.

8. Rasmussen, so take it with a grain of salt
But all of the pre-primary polling showed Halter doing much better against Boozman (the presumptive GOP nominee) than Lincoln for the general election. Thankfully, the DLC hung tough with Lincoln so as to more readily hand a Senate seat to the GOP, and ensure that a corporate Democrat like Lincoln would keep the seat warm until Boozman could arrive to help the Republican Wrecking Crew.

Lincoln will not win come November. Halter had a chance to keep this seat in Democratic hands.

23. Every poll covered in Arkansas had Halter doing considerably
worse against all 8 repubs. Many of his votes were repubs who were trying to get rid of Lincoln. Most Arkansans are upset about her healthcare vote and most Arkansans hate unions. Halter would have been murdered. He is really a small timer. Lt. Gov is a do nothing job and it's the only office he has ever been elected to.

26. Research 2000 showed Halter doing better, 5/12/10
And while Halter trailed Boozman 50-41, Lincoln did even worse, 54-40:

30. Maybe Halter isn't popular in LIttle Rock, but he's very popular
here in Hot Springs (Garland County) where the voting polls were cut down from 42 to 1 in Hot Springs and another one in Hot Springs Village (35-40 minutes apart). Comparing the primary and runoff votes in Garland, Halter lost 16,000+ votes and Lincoln 2,000+ loss in the runoff.

We all know damn well that DLC's Charles Tapp stole this thing. Are they going to let Blanche WalMart lose the fucking state, or do the right thing, and reverse the stolen election?

33. There will be a teabagger running as conservative independent along Boozman
http://www.trevordrown.com/

A ex-green beret named Trevor Drown. He collected over 10,000 signatures in Arkansas to get on the ballot. (over 10,000 teabaggers in Arkansas? Scary!)

from his website:

"Arkansas Has Spoken"

"We have received official notification by the Secretary of State’s office that we received enough signatures and I am a certified candidate for US Senate for the November Ballot. We now wait to see who else will be selected. I would like to thank the people of Arkansas who made this happen. You can read the latest news here."

Lots of republican voters are upset because they think he will suck votes from Boozman and help Lincoln win.
