I believe capital punishment is appropriate -- for BP
I'm against capital punishment for human beings, but with corporations that commit heinous acts against humanity and nature, it's the only way to really punish them. Why should they stay in business? Why should they make another dime in this country, ever?

5. Be aware

that the ownership lies with the shareholders and 39% of BP shares are USA owned by your financial institutions. You then move on down to the shareholders of the banks etc etc and even more seriously to holders of pension plans - the distant owners in efect of BP shares. So - if you want capital punishment for the corporations I can only suggest you buy some gillotines and get a serious production line ready.

10. Can't they just be dead to US?
By that I mean, their life's blood is money so no more money from the US, as far as we can make that happen. Cancel the government contracts (currently they provide a lot of War On Terra Gas!) cancel their oil leases, don't permit their retail sales...and sue the bejeeezus out of their ass! Death Penalty = putting them out of business.
