I wish B*sh was the Earl of Essex and this was the real Elisabeth today.
But he is a criminal novae rich not landed gentry.

I think her visit will help America reevaluate the class systems.

Elizabeth's fondness for her young favorite turned swiftly to anger
. She had sent him to Ireland to put down the rebellion but the rebels
were still in the field.

Essex was kept under house arrest for nearly a year
as he had fled his Irish command. He was then deprived of his offices.
He had spent months of imprisonment brooding over the injustice with
which he had been treated and after his release, he gathered a band of
discontented gentlemen around him to plan some violent action which
should restore their fortunes.

There was talk of armed rebellion and at the Globe Theater,
the plotters arranged for Shakespeare's Richard II to be performed.
Richard II is, of course, the tragic history of a monarch who lost his throne
because he listened to evil advisers. The council learned what was going on
and called Essex' bluff by summoning him to appear before them.

His game was up, but in a last desperate throw, Essex burst into the City
at the head of a couple of hundred men shouting, "For the Queen.
For the queen". No one joined them and they were overcome without fighting.
Whatever the queen's private feelings she had no mercy
for over mighty subjects. Essex's fall was as swift as his rise...

He was beheaded...................................

2. Beheading is so yesterday.
Really, you are behaving as if she were our Queen. For Canadians, I guess they still have that fondness, but for us she is a visiting dignitary from a country we seem to have a lot of treaties with. Other than that I think we have to look after our own problem.

4. "Beheading is so yesterday" in the world, Texas uses something more humane
No I am mis"behaving" on my nation not yours,
the media here and populace will eat this up
and make this another part of ou "American idol (Idle)" on the TV here.

From what I have seen, royalty was present tonight
that tried to dress up America.

Kennedy and Jackie was the last President that displayed real class and grace.
the queen was there at that time ...............fuck royalty BTW.

Our own 'problems" are now being decided by this class of royal shit.
No royal member would ever really let Diana speak her mind and be free.

Look who she was gonna marry

Like I said it is a good examination of class if done correctly.

3. On edit...... "Agent Mike" it is/was a historical metaphor not

applicable to a categorical application of the HOMELAND SECURITY ACT.

The same with Wolfowitz, his fall from Grace to the Europeans bankers was caused
not by the reasons Essex fell but from the cheap criminality and crass behavior that
even royal behavior would not tolerate unless it was one of their own,
but normally they would keep those locked up in a room in the castle.
