1. She should be in jail, too. And since we now have reports that BP
refuses to allow clean up workers to wear masks, I'm waiting for the administration to overrule them.

7. Amazing, but actually true. She recommended abiding by the Clinton Admin's CO2 standards and was
placed in a time-out chair. She learned her lesson and later let the White House redact half the Lower Manhattan EPA report after Sept. 11th.

6. She was shady before joining the BushCo cabinet.
I read a book, "Bush Women" in 2004 or so. It ran down a corrupt career that only a Bush could love.

8. I didn't say she wasn't. But she did initially recommend following Clinton Admin standards
and had the rug pulled out from under her.

Her announcement of following them was a real surprise and she learned her lesson.

10. I think I remember some of that.
But to be honest, it seems like she misjudged how out in the open BushCo was going to be with their lawbreaking right out of the gate.

11. The Sept. 11th air quality report for Lower Manhattan was FAR more brazen than anyone could guess.
Again, her department did a good job, then it all got redacted.

She should have resigned. What they did - and her legitimizing of it - was criminal.

Benjamin Brewster Jennings, co-founder of Standard Oil of New
Jersey, grandson of Oliver Burr Jennings, original Standard
Oil investor, whose wife Esther Goodsell was the sister of
Almira Goodsell, wife of Standard Oil cofounder William
Rockefeller.

This connection is the source of the name "Brewster
Jennings Associates" of modern-day fame:

The Philadelphia sugar & banking families are linked to
the Dulles & DuPont families, but that's another episode.

15. Revere Money became Lincoln Money
At age 65, Paul Revere decided to spend "every farthing" he owned to set up a mill to roll copper into sheets. The patriot had already earned a fairly comfortable fortune as a silver and goldsmith. But his Boston-based business was surrounded by shipyards...He probably first learned of the Canton property while researching ways to manufacture gunpowder for the American Revolution...

He purchased the site (which is the modern location of the Plymouth Rubber Company off Neponset Street) from two prominent local businessmen in 1801. For $65,000 he acquired the land, a two-story frame house, a triphammer shop, a cole house...He felt a lucrative trade was to be had if he could perfect a method of molding hot copper. The United States government must have agreed since it loaned Paul Revere $10,000 and 19,000 tons of copper to start his new Canton firm. Business got off to a booming start...

When Paul Revere died, his son Joseph Warren Revere, and grandson, Frederick Walker Lincoln, took over the copper business. The Revere's continued to play an important role in Canton's political and economic life into the middle of the 19th century...The industry which Paul Revere began in Canton in 1801 eventually merged with several other companies in 1928 to become the Revere Copper and Brass Co. Inc. Today that company has its headquarters in New York City. One of the company's well-known products, Revereware, alludes to the company's origins...
