I was following his tweets till about 1 AM when he stopped for a couple hours and I went to bed.

Why the f&@k is there a NDA in place for any of the operations going on here? I could almost understand if this was a NDA in place before the blowout. However, he says he does not work for BP and is only consulting on this issue.
