I wonder if Rand Paul accepted Medicare payments for eye surgeries he performed?

1. Don't see how he could be an

eye surgeon and not. Cataract surgery is done a lot and most of them are on people of Medicare age so he would have to take it, or turn them away. It would be a big deal in a reality based world but the tea-baggers are for Medicare, its doesn't count as govt. run health care to them.

Next question is how much govt. money was involved in his getting his degree. You might have grants and loans but then there is the federal money that goes to schools, hospital etc. Can't forget the federal research dollars too. These people have no clue though where so many federal dollars go. Paul does and tea-baggers don't get they are being used, again. I have yet to see a repuke actually try to pass any of the hot button issues they use to bring out the rabid right to vote on. They've been used for decades and still being used.

2. I was thinking of cataract surgery, too

It's just that I remember how his father always talks about how people should take care of each other instead of depending on Medicaid and Medicare. Ron Paul would do away with Social Security if he had his way.

If the apple didn't fall far from the tree then this would be a point of hypocrisy on Rand Paul's part.

I believe that during the campaign there will be ample opportunity to reveal the monstrous nature of the Paul philosophy if they share the very same views.

6. Ron Paul is nowhere near as nuts as his son.

He's actually a bit charming...and has a few great ideas (audit the fed, close our foreign military bases...). Nuts on other issues. The son is plain wrong. Spoiled little shit, really.
