At the risk of seeming dense, what's the problem with this?

4. "We, the People" has been yanked out of any context

for use as a political football. People here do it, too. Seeing someone just throw "We, the People" into a sentence, with that spelling and punctuation irritates me to no end. It devalues our constitution, turning it from a working document, a document that does something, into just another stock phrase.

It's also appalling that it's on a traitor's flag, but then the traitors' constitution began "We, the people" as well.
