It's bad enough that anyone who talks with a slight accent or has skin that isn't lilly white will be targeted by gestapo tactics from Arizona police but now you can't even learn about your heritage in a public school.

Never in my lifetime did I ever expect to see Hitler like tactics here in the United States. What she has done - I see no difference from what Hitler and the Nazi's in the period right before they started shipping the undesirables off to the gas chambers.

There is a place in hell for people like that - she'll burn next to Hitler.

Her physical appearance has nothing to do with how much the law sucks or how horrible a person she is but you brought it into the arguement as though her physical appearance actually mattered. Please. That's just about the worst arguement you could have made. Your remarking on her physical appearance has fuck all to do with her using physical appearance with the rotten law, and you aren't fooling anyone by backpeddling now and trying to make it the reason you dragged her physical appearance into this. Yes, this law that uses a person's physical appearance to suspect them of wrongdoing is revolting and you're using her physical appearance as a judgement against her is JUST AS revolting and the worst possible excuse for doing it, and it's particularly revolting when you and everyone else knows that it was never the reason why you did it at all.

You brought up her physical appearance because you either consciously or unconsciously believed that her physical appearance was noteworthy as a judgement against her and changing "woman" to "person" only because someone pointed out to you that your OP was sexist doesn't clear you of why you did it in the first place... the fact that it had to be pointed out to you for you to even notice is telling in and of itself. You did it because remarking on a WOMAN's physical appearance when it comes to anything about her as a person is acceptable however wrong that is and so acceptable and ingrained as to go unnoticed and be a knee-jerk reaction. You know and everyone else knows that if she were a man you would not have thought to mention a thing about her physical appearance even if that man was butt-ugly.

The best thing you could do is admit that you wrongly judged her by her physical appearance possibly because of the ingrained belief that doing so when it comes to women is acceptable, apologize and try not to do it in the future instead of making foolish excuses for having done so and trying to pin the reason for your having done so on her.

The bottom line is that judging someone on their physical appearance is wrong no matter how terrible their character. Judging women on their physical appearance when you wouldn't do that if they were a man is sexist. Judging someone's physical appearance as "ugly" because of having normal signs of ageing like wrinkles and sagging skin is ageist. Your OP did all of this and trying to backpeddle now as to why you did it and excusing it as acceptable because the law she signed uses physical appearance against people is despicable.
