1. Please file a complaint
and see if it will do some good. I did a few months back. Perhaps if they get enough complaints (and the Dems keep some power) the IRS will look into it.

4. As much as we disagree, this is the Political action arm of the FRC,
not the FRC itself. It notes on this part of the website, "Please note that donations to FRC Action are not tax deductible." (\

Therefore, this wouldn't get them in trouble with the IRS.
