1. Why isn't he charged in any of the recent cases?

Didn't they collect DNA?

It seems to indicate that Waldo (whoever/wherever he is) did the raping.

6. He got the shit beat out of him last nite in jail.

Cops put him a cell with two others and one of them beat him up - because he is a rapist.

He ended up at the hospital, I think.

Waldo is kind of a yuppy area in KC. Older, kind of stately homes on tree lined streets. This rapist has been awful. Women in the area were just scared to death.

I think that they might have some DNA on the guy and I read somewhere that he left a thumbprint on a window frame. Maybe they will charge him later. I think right now they have him on parole violations - at least he is off the street.
