I worked as a security manager in a HUGE unnamed corporate office complex, I have never seen so many coffee breaks, smoke breaks, parties for (insert any occasion) in my entire life. They even had these "collaboration" stations three on each floor (14 floors) where coffee and pastries were placed each morning. I have seen the same employees here hours at a time or back and forth several times a day, just chit chatting about, movies, sports, etc.

I always thought how in the hell could this company justify these 90,000 a year salaries with all the employees almost using there work as a social get together?
