So, because of the Bush Cheney deregulation of Oil Industry the USA doesn't have proper system

They said on TV a bit ago that it's because of the Bush Cheney deregulation that the oil companies do not have to use the 'safety cuts offs' that the rest of the world uses. They cost an extra $500,000 and apparently Bush and Cheney helped the oil assholes get around regulations that would have forced them to put them on our USA rigs!

Every mess we're in is because of Bush Cheney: oil mess, economy, job loss, two wars, etc. etc. etc.
