[email protected]When Marxist groups see the growth of the Tea Party movement and constitutional thinking across the country, they become worried about losing their position.
One such group, the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), a civil rights law firm, originally performed some worthy tasks, but they now seem to concentrate on fearmongering against supposed hate groups, such as "white supremacists," trying to find Nazi’s, the KKK, haters or terrorists under every rock by using their own Marxist definitions of the terms.
Today they consider believing in the Constitution or questioning your government to be in league with belonging to a hate group. All true Americans are now potentially in their sights.
The SPLC must be exposed. They are now as dangerous as the groups they formerly fought against and need to look in the mirror to find what they are looking for.
Last year the SPLC report "Right-wing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment" was published by the Department of Homeland Security (how did that happen President Obama?).
These crazies believe that being against any of the plans of the Obama Administration, wanting to keep the internet and talk-radio free, opposition to the New World Order, opposition to sending jobs overseas, or supporting the Second Amendment all make you a potential racist, a terrorist or both.
Sinking to a new low, the SPLC published a report on their website this month entitled "Meet the Patriots."
It is a hit list of 40 people who have shown leadership in some way in support of the Constitution (small government) and our way of life.
Here are a few of the names on the list: Number one on the list, appropriately, is pastor, radio broadcaster, syndicated columnist and the 2008 Constitution Party candidate for President, Chuck Baldwin. Wow, what a terrorist!
Second and third place go to two "tax protesters" – Joe Bannister, a former IRS agent, and Martin "Red" Beckman. We can’t let the American people know the IRS is the collection arm for the private Federal Reserve.
Number six is Bob Campbell, head of American Grand Jury. We can’t allow grand juries to investigate and find out what government officials are illegally doing behind the scenes.
Number 16 is Cliff Kincaid, editor of the AIM Report published by Accuracy in Media. We can’t allow anyone to point out bias in the media/press can we?
Just about everyone knows No. 37 – Glenn Beck, the radio and TV host and No. 39 Judge Andrew Napolitano, a Fox News legal analyst.
Number 40 is reserved for Ron Paul, former member of the US Air Force, medical doctor, US Representative from Texas and a 2008 Republican candidate for President.
Sure, auditing the private Fed would be bad for the socialist NWO types scamming of the American people, so Paul must be a terrorist candidate.
How can an organization that puts out a list like this get any respect?
I guess constitutional thinking is terrorism in the view of big-government lovers living off the liberty-loving American people. It would put them out of business! Do we want the SPLC working with government to create lists of constitution-loving conservatives who could be rounded up in the future as terrorists?
No. The American people must not allow people like Morris Dees and company to get away with their efforts to marginalize and ostracize true American patriots. Free speech and free thought are built into our Constitution and our way of life.
Perhaps after the November election, there could be a Congressional investigation of the SPLC, their activities and their funding?
I suggest we all keep a watch on what this group is doing and not let them bully Congress into trying to outlaw our God-given and constitutionally guaranteed rights.
