11. I still think the $8,000,000,000.00 on a pallet sent to Iraq was more impressive.
I mean, the young Republicans who received that money have been reinvesting that money in offshore accounts for what, 8 years now? What's good for the Cayman Islands is good for America!

oh, you can't send any ol errand boy when you need an infusion of cash that is off the books. That kind of loot buys a lot of cooperation from pols and regulators I reckon.
