OBAMA! Thanks for the extra 800 bucks!
Yep, IRS gave us the "Making WORK WORK" TAX CREDIT although I hadn't calc'd it when doing the return. YAHOO! We can pay off some of last years medical bills. WEEE! Yipee. Medical bills. Oy.

4. Looking back, hubby's fake-lymphoma scare was quite costly.
And last year was the first year his excellent health insurance didn't pay for everything.

5. Yes, I called the guys at the IRS to see if I needed to file an amended return.
He said they were trying to catch everyone since mid February and will send along the credit when they get to my return. He figured I should allow at least a couple of months. Just in time to buy fireworks, I guess.
