Nominated by Barack Obama on February 24, 2010

UPDATED NOTICE OF COMMITTEE HEARING

The Senate Committee on the Judiciary has scheduled a hearing on "Nominations" for Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at 2:30pm in Room 226 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building.

Senator Klobuchar to preside.
