2006 Yamaha TJK......
A friend of mine has one of these sitting in her garage.......... does anyone know about this motorcyle? What the purchase price might have been when purchased new? What a selling price might be today (has hardly been used.......looks like its right off the showroom floor)......long story....
husband has gotten them into one gigantic financial mess......she's going to divorce him.........never knew he was purchasing motorcycles until she found out he had a personal POB (he had inadvertently left a piece of mail out that was the insurance policy on this bike......he had hidden it in a storage unit close to his work)......moved it home - been sitting in their garage for the past 2 years - he has never ridden it since it made its arrival into their garage.

Its a mess, I know - but its an asset and she needs to know the worth.

Thanks in advance for your info, knowledge and advice.

2. A TJK? Is she sure it's not an FJR or a YZF?
Never heard of a Yamaha TJK.

5. That's the 1300.
Nice bike. Depending on options, it was between $13k and $15k brand new. No idea her value today. You'll need a proper response from someone that knows the used bike market FAR better than I do. You could try searching cycletrader.com for prices in your area on a like model.
