Any rumors regarding an extension on the $8,000.00 real estate tax credit?
For first time buyers and those who haven't owned a property in the last 4 years?
We wanted to buy something but haven't found the right house yet!

1. They should forgive the original $7000 that the *first* round of buyers got and owes.
That really left a sour taste in my mouth when we got a $7000 credit (that is paid back) and everyone since then has gotten ~$8000 and does not need to pay it back.
The $500 "payment" really hit our income taxes hard this year. :(

2. The Real Estate Agents Commission Support Act of 2010?
