Dick Cheney has huge stock options with Halliburton, and gets a substantial pension from this company. And is in a position to influence their contracts with the United States.

Can you say conflict of interest?

Anyone with a shred of ethics would recuse themselves from this process.

And one would think that a person in the position of Vice President would do so without any hesitation.

And we have a Congress that will not do their job by stepping in and taking action against the criminals who are occupying our nation's top leadership positions.

Investigations and hearings are one thing, but actually DOING SOMETHING to put a stop to these criminals is another. And that appears to be a step the Democrats aren't willing to take. I wonder what will be the final straw. 10,000 dead troops? A bankrupt treasury and a full fledged recession in America?

What is it going to take, Democrats? When will you be patriots and protect our Constitution and act in the best interests of the American people?

Allowing this type of behavior to continue, or go unpunished is a slap in the face to every American citizen.
