Brian Quintana -- the producer best known for his lawsuits against actress Stefanie Powers and co-producer Jon Peters -- is planning to challenge Sen. Barbara Boxer in California's Democratic primary in June. Quintana, who grew up in a one-bedroom house in LA with 11 relatives, says: "I'm in it to win it.
