Just apply them to right-wing domestic terrorist groups like the Sipsey Street Irregulars, Ku Klux Klan, Minutemen or Repent Amarillo - arrest some of their thugs, declare them to be terrorists, deprive them of habeas corpus rights, give them military tribunals, rendition them to some hellhole, and watch the entire right wing squeal like stuck pigs!

2. When that travesty was first proposed, I was at dinner with some people who fully supported it. . .
I asked them, how were they going to feel when President Clinton had that kind of control over their lives.

One guy laughed heartily as he said in a very condescending tone, "Clinton isn't President anymore."

I told him I meant President Hillary.

The look on their faces said it all but the maroons still insisted losing their rights was an acceptable price "given the world we live in."

I often wonder what they must think of their world today.
