1. He's making fun of everyone, including my
preference, Dennis Kucinich, but that's okay. Oh, dear now Samantha is going after Edwards and then Kucinich again. I walked precincts for Kerry with a Kucinich supporter the last election (I was for Dean) and she said the reason that Dennis couldn't win was because he looked like an elf. So Jon, with the Leprechaun hat on Dennis is working on that. I still don't mind. I actually think Dennis has bigger problems and I intend on pointing them out to him now that he's my candidate. I want him to win.

3. C'mon. He's a comedian and it wasn't really bad making fun of.
When he turns into Dennis Miller, then I'm gone.

12. to quote the man himself, he's not a 'warrior for our cause'
and besides if being able to laugh at oneself is a sign of enlightenment.

13. The best bit was the Hillary turning into Bill gag
Because it hit the nail on the head. The rest of that segment had no real satire, only pointing and laughing at the non-front runners. Compare that segment to Jon's ridicule of the Alito hearing or his outrage at the media self-congragulating themselves after the Virginia Tech tragedy. There was real insight there. This piece played into the sensationalism rather than making fun of it IMHO.

9. Hey, any publicity is good publicity
Da Kooch and Gravel get more attention being made fun of on TDS, than they would through the Three Monkeys Media

10. TDS is at its best skewering the administration and its media cronies
Their Presidential coverage is very weak IMHO. Kucinich is short and Gavel is an old coot, how many times are they going to pull out these stale, tired jokes? How about the substance of the debate, or lack thereof? The Daily Show can, no should, do better with so much at stake next election.
