BIG question about HCR bill...

...Does anyone know if there are provisions spelled out in the bill about how insurers will have to cover the previously uninsurable? Are there restrictions on premium levels and minimum coverages?

I know what my cynicism whispers to me, but I want to make sure.

1. My understanding

Premiums will be regulated. Also, 85% of premium dollars will have to go toward provind health care. All costs, including executive salaries, and profit will have to come out of the other 15%.

I'm not taking a stand on whether this is a good bill or not, simply passing along information as I understand it.

2. Can I add a question? Will the government still supplement premiums...

For low and middle income people who's premiums are a high percentage of their income because of age?

There was a program floating around where you could see what your premiums would be under each bill. Does that still apply?
