Harlan K. Ullman: The First Name Offered from D.C. Madam Deborah Palfrey
(FWIW, Ullman is a former US navy commander though the story doesn't mention that)

Harlan K. Ullman: The First Name Offered from D.C. Madam Deborah Palfrey
By Anthony Caroto

The important people over at the Center for Strategic and International Studies are probably not too happy with one of their senior associates right about now. Harlan K. Ullman, known for his "shock and awe" strategy that helped to dress up the Iraq war for public consumption, was named by the Deborah Jeane Palfrey as a regular client of her services, according to court documents on Thursday.

Palfrey, 50, is charged with running a top-shelf call-girl ring in the Washington D.C. area from her Vallejo, California home including a multiple-count racketeering and money-laundering indictment.. She has denied the escort service, which employed over 130 women, engaged in prostitution.

Ullman tells CNN "The allegations do not dignify a response. I'm a private, not a public, citizen. Any further questions are referred to my attorneys."

Palfrey insists that Ullman "is only one of dozens of such officials" who will be exposed.

Prosecutors estimate that her business, operating under the name Pamela Martin and Associates, generated more than $2 million in revenue over 13 years. Clients were investing $200 - $300 for each session. The business was in operation for thirteen years.

2. $2 million in revenue over 13 years?

Let's see, that's about $150k per year for Ms. Palfrey and her 130 sexworkers, an average of just over $1,000 per year each. Not much of a "racket" if you ask me. I hope the women weren't fulltime employees or Ms. Palfrey might be charged for violating minimum wage regulations. Either that, or she's very good at hiding money.

Private citizens don't write OP EDS for the Moonie Times: http://www.washtimes.com/op-ed/hullman.htm

Anyone who has Senator John Fucking McCain write the foreword to his latest tome isn't a private citizen.

I'll bet he's SHOCKED, shocked...and maybe a bit AWED, too, that his cronies at GOP HQ couldn't cover this shit up for him.

10. Maybe that's the rate if you've gained frequent flyers miles.
Either that, or the price doesn't include tips.

Or maybe if you're going to be an even higher priced whore, you have to work for ABC.
