1. Mid March they told me

Of course, my school district will get hosed yet again because we have such a high proportion of non-documented people here. They won't fill out anything on the census. Our free/reduced is over 80%, but our Census poverty is only 17%. So we'll get our Title 1 reduced, won't be able to apply for federal grants - the usual shit.

5. The Census is in the constitution

It is our duty to fill it out. It is also how we get our representation. I think it is cool and like to fill it out. It is better than filling out taxes. I never receive a refundso I don't care about filling out our taxes until about March 25th or so.

7. Not to bit*h a lot, but why do they spend the money to tell you

something is coming? That sounds like a terrible waste of money to me. Just send the damn thing and mark it prominently on the outside of the envelope what it is.
