Make bush sign a fresh Iraq spending bill every two months.

Have this debate continuously. Halt the fucking government. This was a proposal I heard this AM on NPR.

Gravel suggested this last night in the debate, but he said to keep it in front of him every single week. Let the public see who really doesn't care about the troops.
