Roeder thinks he has a right to "drive without a license"

I thought this article in the Wichita Eagle was interesting. It proves Roeder, the man who shot Dr. Tiller, is a wack job. He states in the interview that he has a God given right to "drive without a Drivers License". He was once part of the Freemans society based in Montana. We do have the death penalty, but his crime is not eligible for the death penalty. I am not really sure why though.

He does have the right to do so. The authorities have the right to lock him up for doing so.

As an adult I have the right to follow or break any laws I wish. I also understand that I bear full responsibility for the consequences of the same.
