He's trying to limit or curtail the filibuster. I'm all for that. But, first, just try making the Republicans actually do a filibuster.

The Democrats shouldn't cave at the mere threat of a filibuster. They should make the Republicans actually carry out the filibuster.

Have the cameras record them mumbling and bumbling and lying and insulting for hours on end. It would make for great video that would travel the nation far and wide.

Call Senator Harkin's office and tell him to make the Republicans filibuster, for real, not just threaten to filibuster.

I've always wondered why they balk at making the "just say no-ers" get up and ACTUALLY SAY NO (and a whole lot of other stuff till they're blue in the face).
