2. It's the promotion of Fascism!
Right wing, corporate funded and corporate control.

That's the classic definition of Fascism.

10. You have it exactly right.
Fascism by definition is Corporatism. Even when the so called left is in power, they do the bidding of corporations due to the toxic influence of legalized bribery. That's just Fascism Lite, less calories but just as filling.

8. Unconstitutional action. That's enough.
Did they take bribes? I have no idea, and it would be impossible to prove. But, the House can impeach based on constitutionality. Violating the Constitution is, indeed, a high crime. Besides, the bar is set a little lower for justices. If they want to impeach, they can impeach.

14. PFAW doesn't go far enough
This is one of several Supreme Court decisions that bestow on Corporations the rights of people. That's a feature of Corporatism, government for the benefit of large corporations. A synonym for Corporatism is Fascism.

The amendment should state something along the lines that Corporations do not have the rights of people. Perhaps throw in some protection of commercial speech. That would allow limitations on campaign contributions and lobbying.

Amendments have names and the name for this should not only be descriptive, but educational. It should be called the Anti-Fascist amendment.

Even right wing turds will have second thoughts before voting against something labeled anti-Fascist.
