Brown/Palin 2012...Palin/Brown 2012
Edited on Wed Jan-20-10 04:59 PM by WilliamPitt
Or...

Ken and Barbie 2012: Because Plastics Make It Possible!

Brown has to run again in two years.

Two things will happen.

He'll either legislate on his belly and try to keep the seat in 2012...

...or he'll go batshit crazy and endear himself to as many GOP factions as possible by proposing legislation to give banks the right to save fetuses from universal health care, and then step out of the MA Senate race and run for president in 2012...or offer himself up as a VP candidate. Heez so hansome and stuf...

(I don't really think so...just struk me funny...)

(...but yeah, watch it happen...)

2. Outstanding
Great minds think terrible thoughts alike.

This fuckwad could wind up being Palin's salvation.

Unreal. Possible.

Must now light self on fire.

3. Well, CNN did say "Brown is the New Face of the Republican Party"...
...which indicates how lost they are...

4. Palin won't play second banana again and she doesn't want anyone to take attention from her
If Brown maintains his darling status with Republicans and Palin gets the nomination, she won't want anyone to take the shine of her. I don't think she'll get the nomination, though. The establishment Republicans won't want her.

5. Continuing to wish upon a star for a Palin candidacy is counterproductive.

7. I don't think the GOP power brokers really want much to do with Palin, to be honest.
She's a useful idiot to them in regards to attacking the left and keeping the red meat eating fans happy until 2012, but she won't be on the ticket. They know she killed any slim chance McInsane had.

However, she might end up on a third party ticket.

13. He would be a more formidable opponent than Palin,
if only because he has less baggage and seems slightly less crazy.

He will likely be promoted by the same set of GOP power brokers.

If anything, Brown could take Palin out of the running altogether.
