And laughing at their level of infrastructure dissaray. These people are looking at the Haiti news coverage, JUST LIKE the coverage of New Orleans. With the same level of compassion. So, what I am saying, is that Rethugs have no more feeling of national kinship to blacks in LA, as in Haiti. Nor any higher level of responsibility of one to the other.

1. Compassionate conservatism at its finest. Any time there's a
disaster, right wing inhumanity is obvious.

3. Ask not for whom the bell tolls.
Some people are devoid of empathy. Which is why our world is so troubled. Thank God most people are decent.

18. Oh but you see, they are entitled to help because they pay TONS
of taxes! It's THEIR MONEY and they feel entitled to it!

Those sleazy poor people didn't pay into the system, so they don't DESERVE help, you see.

(there's no winning an argument with the mentality of that kind of person)

7. Over at Freeperville, here's one sentiment:
"Well, it’s not exactly like Haiti is a built up area...

A tsunami down there would be more like flushing a toilet from what I’ve seen of Haiti, kind of like a really run-down New Orleans or Detroit if you can imagine such squalor.

You may want to point out to reTHUGS that
the poorest nations in our hemisphere are those that were occupied by the US (covertly like Central America or overtly like Haiti). The dictators are always corrupt thieves and US puppets whose only job is to exploit poor people to enrich ReTHUGS and their friends.

25. A mixed board, political chiefly, lotsa military. Here are samples
The last earthquake in Haiti destroyed every building in the Capital city's financial district.
It did in excess of 900 dollars in damage.

Sad to say, but an earthquake might actually IMPROVE Port Au Prince...

Hati is a sh**hole...

Now they want aid from the US. They want a navy ship sent to haiti "with beds".

Shame on those of you with such snide remarks. I guess you have shown your true colors, you make me sick! If it were my call, Id expell you from the humane race! Although you have pretty much resigned, with your attitude!

Im sure that not every one (at least I hope) shares your sentiment! the rest of us can google the red cross & donate some humanitarian aid!

And please be aware that the American Embassy Building collapsed & most of its personel are unaccounted for.... Ch 52, L.A. CA. USA

Please fellow humanes, show some compassion, the rest of you go to Haiti!!!
