Woman leaves Tiger Woods' mansion in ambulance...
WESH-Channel 2 in Orlando is reporting that a woman was removed from Tiger Woods' home in Windermere by ambulance early this morning.

Firefighters responded to a medical call at Woods' mansion at 2:36 a.m.

The TV station said a radio log showed an adult woman was transported to Health Central Hospital in Ocoee, and that the patient initially refused transport, but was later listed as an advanced life support patient.

1. And The Circus Continues...
An update:

UPDATE at 7:35: Fox is reporting that officials at the hospital's emergency room said the unidentified woman has been released.

WFTV in Florida says it has been told the woman was "middle-aged." WFTV also said that a Cadillac Escalade, similar to the vehicle Woods had crashed outside his home, appeared at the hospital shortly after the 911 call, and that the vehicle's tags were similar to the one on the car Woods crashed. WFTV described the driver as a blond woman.

Ah, more fodder for the speculators and bloviators. The Catch-22 here is the less that is disclosed the more the gossip becomes the meme. Tiger needs to do some "damage control", but he's worked himself into the corner as to no matter what he does say, it will be torn apart by the same media that built him up.

3. "Bread and circuses" for the plebians.
Keep 'em amused and entertained and they won't ask questions.

5. Studies indicate that money does indeed buy a lot of happiness.

It can certainly purchase good healthcare, and the Woods family will agree I'm sure.

7. Money Does Different Things To Different People...
Some of the most paranoid people I know have the most money. They're always assuming people want to take it from them or are out to screw 'em. Sadly I know too many...and the more money they have, the deeper that paranoia and self absorbtion can go.

I've been on both sides of the fence...living in debt where having $500 in the checking account at the end of the month was a good month...as well as being fortunate to be successful and having what many would consider a very comfortable existance. Money can and does do different things to people depending on how they earn it and their lifestyles.

Some tend to think the money means they are more important or should get preferential treatment. I tend to see this more with younger people with money than older as they like to show off their money and status. It can be an addiction as living the "good life" gets more expensive and the paranoia that accompanies it gets deeper.
