So...if little Carrie Prejean has claimed the sex tape was made when she was 17, round up everyone involved in its production and prosecute them for producing and distributing child pornography. And when she is convicted--child porn cases are extremely easy to get convictions on--make her register as a sex offender.

That lie might have been told to keep the tape off the internet for as long as possible, rather than to get people to believe she was just young and naive. TMZ, for example, wouldn't risk putting a tape on the net if it had the slightest inkling that she was underage.
