and as the lowest ranked of 435 members, he will be pretty insignificant..

plus:

Thanksgiving break is coming up
then
Christmas break
then
Easter/Spring break
then
Memorial Day break
then
4th of July Break
then
August break

and since he will have little experience , he will probably not even run in '10, since his district will be not long for this world, and he would be running against incumbents from the districts nearby that absorbed his
