The ain't a war no more. It's a delay of the inevitable.

The plan I propose is basically a surprise offensive to the rear:
. Draw down in the winter faster than the Taliban can catch up.
. Have a great ceremony declaring that the Taliban has been taught a lession.
. Make an open statement that if the Taliban does not want to see us again, it should put Osama on a leash
. Hand Karzai the keys to the bunker and fire up the choppers.

What we would save is more video of roof-top evacuations.
