Emmys 2009 Fashion: Obama dress
==================================================
http://www.kansascity.com/stargazing/story/1458108.html

"Talk about wearing your politics on your sleeve.

Or, in Victoria Rowell's case, on your entire body.

The soap actress ("The Young and the Restless") and author wore this Obama-motif gown, designer unknown, on the red carpet at the Primetime Emmy Awards Sunday night.

What do you think of it?

1. The woman is gorgeous....
and she could wear anything or anybody and make it look good.

She's wearing what she wants, and I think that's great!

3. i think it's stupid
it screams CULT of PERSONALITY (which is not obama's fault. it's the fault of people like this that are trying to turn him into a t-shirt icon like che) and i detest people who try to turn award shows and such into political things.

4. I think she's a patriotic American. The right wing Jihad will probably disagree.

6. Strictly from a style standpoint, not loving it, big repetetive prints are better suited ...

8. could have used a better pattern/fabric
like a red fabric with the little O logos ...

but this is very close to looking like drapes or tablecloth

I don't mind when "liberal hollywood" folks use the red carpet for political outspokenness...but tacky is not a good reflection on our president! ;) lol

9. It looks like something they would sell off the bolt at Jo-Ann Fabrics
for people to make into pillows, quilts, etc.

Not a dress.
