Palm Tran Customers get fare increases. Where's the stimulus???

Palm Tran serves people who are mostly on the lowest economic level, yet they are being asked to pay these increases for their transportation to and from work. My question....Wasn't part of the stimulus supposed to cover situations like this? Of course, this is Florida, but still. Customers using Palm Tran are just about able to keep it together as it is, this infuriates me...

Palm Tran, Palm Beach County's public transit agency, is raising prices of its one-day and 31-day fare cards.

The changes, set to take effect Oct. 1, hike the price of a one-day, unlimited QUIK pass $0.50 to $4, or to $2.75 for reduced-rate passes. The cost of unlimited, 31-day QUIK passes will rise $5 to $60, or to $45 for reduced-fare passes.
