The Corporate Charter
Edited on Thu Sep-17-09 05:26 PM by Gman2
Can we dare to dream? Sotomayor has thrown down the gauntlet. The personhood of coprporations may be questioned finally, in a transparent way. Will this crack open the entire subject? Is now, the time to question whether the corporate charter, should be ammended, to reflect community responsibility, at least with respect to environmental impact, if not to include various business cycle projections? Our entire way of doing business must change. Boom, bust, bubble to bubble, is no way to provide a nation with employment. Our private information, and lifestyles must be precluded to some extent as well from employment exclusion. That is unconstitutional. Life liberty and the pursuit etc.

Perhaps a fair bit of our gumption should be expended on corporate personhood. Lest the Republicans again talk about permanent GOP rule. THISSS is our clearest path, to campaign reform. Which of course, is the ultimate goal. Cut the corporate campaign bribe cord, and the pols have noone but we, the people, to bribe.

7. Ha. Was thinking how to get more such wise women on the court.
Then the planet may have a peaceful chance of survival, after all the destruction and poisoning that the P-Hoods have wreaked.

It wouldn't be hard to argue it from the foundation she's laid and where she's coming from.
